The company is established in 2007 and since the inception has received local and international recognition from major businesses. The Managing Director, Mr. Christoforos Christoforou, has ensured that SIZERRO will introduce innovation and competency of well balanced systems based on Risk Management process, in areas of Public Health threats. We have made a study and identified the needs of our customers in this area and we been asked to formulate at this end a compliance office to deal with the importance of Public Health threats. SIZERRO has always been innovative within its activities, and at this stage we feel that we will provide competency and professionalism to ensure that our customers, either existing or potential, will be in a position to prevent the occurrence of food, water, viral origin diseases. But we do not stop here. We will do the extra mile and introduce outbreak control plans for the prevention and management as well as to assist our customers to present their “due diligence” whenever necessary.

Managing Director Profile
Christoforos Christoforou is known in the Industry for his activities in the area of compliance with Public Health Safety. Christoforos has over 30 years experience in the areas of Hospital and Hotel management, Hospital Risk Management and compliance, food and beverage, public health and compliance and worked for various hotel and cruise companies in Europe, USA, Greece and Cyprus, at top management positions. He has worked on projects of Public Health Safety, including his recent one, the EEU – SHIP SANITATION funded by the Directorate of European Union, DG SANCO – Health and Consumer. Originally has studied Hotel Management in Salzburg, Austria and Industrial Management in Cyprus. He is a specialist in the area of communicable diseases, prevention and control, clinical hygiene and sanitation.
His objective is to ensure that the standards of compliance either in GDPR or Public Health, whether is about our internal customers (employees) or our external customers (employers) are in compliance with the latest international and EEU regulations. We are aiming to a new era in this area being able to provide safety, security, prevention but as well as due diligence to all our customers. We aim to succeed this task by providing various levels of training to all our partners and collaborators by investing our competency in our customer’s human capital and their systems.
The methodology we will work will be based on preliminary risk assessment of our customer’s premises and employees and an initial audit of their in-house standards, and operational procedures.

The legal frame that SIZERRO is adopting is based on the European legislation for Consumer Act and the local set of laws based on EEU, IHR and WHO regulations. It is evident that that SIZERRO adopted the legal frame in the area of EU GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation, Occupational Health and Safety of the OSHAS, ISO45001:2018, the ISO 22000:2018 the ISO14000:2015 and other laws for the management and prevention of Legionnaire’s disease that applies to Corporate Manslaughter act (UK 6 June2008) Act of 2007, and be adopted by the European Council.
Innovation in the Health care sector
SIZERRO, has introduced to the local market a Hospital Risk Management Frame specially designed for Hospitals, Healthcare setting, Clinics, Older people Community Houses.
Since 2008, the HRM is introduced to more than 70 establishments in Cyprus and have been widely adopted by the Cyprus Government as the Hospital Health and Safety system. The system is based on international standards of ISO 45001:2018 (OHSA) and the JCI Hospital Accreditation Scheme, as well as the CHKS (UK Hospital Accreditation Scheme). The system includes all clinical parameters of various risks in the area of biological threats such as blood stream diseases, water safety for legionnaire’s disease, chemical risk management, stress at work, violence at work, etc…
